Responsibilities

• Defining goals, scope, requirements, schedule and deliverable of the project.

• Driving the development process starting with initiation and scoping to detailed specification, implementation and delivery.

• Closely coordinate design and planning work with software engineers and senior management

• Actively engage with the teams to drive technical challenges to resolution.

• Specification of new features and enhancements to existing software features

• Driving the features throughout the development process

• Working with key customers, partners, and early adopters

Requirements

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of project management experience in customer-facing solutions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to grasp customer/partner requirements and scenarios

• Results oriented with ability to deliver effective and innovative solutions.

• Strong problem solving and project management skills, effectively managing project without direct authority and working cross teams

• Curious, technically adept, a quick study, and care passionately about the future of business, social and mobile solutions

• Great team player and ability to effectively collaborate within the group and outside

• Understanding and experienced with the ‘Agile software development’ practices

• Knowledge in Telco IT Project Management will be added advantage
