mTouche signs deal to explore online-to-offline higher learning opportunities

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 2): mTouche Technology Bhd has teamed up with a technology-focused higher learning facilitator company to explore opportunities to develop the online-to-offline International Educational Hub and its programs for higher learning and e-learning research activities.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, mTouche said it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the company, A Conceptech Sdn Bhd.
The MoU, it said, is also to promote the highest level human experience in conventional education environment by embracing technological innovation with digital platform and in-apps, artificial intelligent (AI) and blockchain platform for the markets in South-East Asia and Hong Kong.
The MoU is valid for six months and may be renewed upon the mutual agreement of both parties for another extended period of six months.
mTouche’s share price closed down 0.5 sen or 2.27% at 21.5 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM147.24 million. Year to date, the counter has gained about 51.4%.
